EXCHANGES For exchanges please email or call 1-855-222-2699 for assistance.

REFUNDS After we have received your returned items we will credit your account within 14 business days. This credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. For an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Please contact us directly by email or phone for specific return instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions What is your return policy? If you're not happy with your products within 30 days of your purchase we will gladly accept the product back (new or used) and refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, we do not refund orginal shipping charges. After 30 days, we handle returns on a case by case basis. If your have a concern or something is bothering you please call or email us. Most times we can do something about your issue to make it better and we love making you happy!

Why do you have such an easy-going return policy? We want to build trust with those that give us a chance. Standing behind everything we sell is a huge part of that trust. Our philosophy is that if we build trust with our customers they will continue to shop with us, share us with others, and know that if something isn't right, they an count on us try and fix it.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase? No, just your name and email will do the trick.

What if the item is used or unpackaged? We will do our best to take care of you and be fair. If it is within 30 days of your original purchase then it doesn't matter if it is has been used. If appears to be abused or excessively used we reserve the right to not accept a return.

Are there restocking fees? No.
