Our comforter and pillow fill will also never divide or shift, unlike down feathers. Additionally, you can rest assured any defects are covered and replaced immediately. Loungewear and Sleepwear

Machine wash cold, normal detergent, no fabric softener, no bleach. Machine dry normally, for best results use with our Wool Dryer Balls. To minimize wrinkles, remove from dryer and put on hangers promptly.

Comforter and Mattress Pad

Spot clean or dry clean. For machine washing: Rinse cycle only, do not spin. Machine dry on delicate, low heat, or hang dry. TO AVOID THE CLUMPING OF FILLING, add 2-3 of our Wool Dryer Balls when machine drying and try to wash and dry in a commercial-sized dryer and washer. Use of a protective duvet cover is strongly recommended and required to validate manufacturer's extended warranty. Regular or excessive washing of our comforters is unnecessary if you are using and washing your protective duvet cover. The Down Alternative Comforter has the full, cloud-like loft of a down comforter with Thermore’s high-performing, anti-clumping fill made from 100% recycled polyester. It's fuller and fluffier than the Bamboo Comforter, and is available in a standard fill or a lightweight fill for warmer nights.

The Silk Comforter is smooth, airy, and quietly luxurious. It has a bamboo shell and 100% Mulberry silk fill with medium loft that makes it substantial and warm while still being breathable. It's available in a standard fill or an extra fill for more warmth.

Yes, you can return or exchange bedding products purchased within 100 days of your original purchase and non-bedding items within 30 days.
